DEPOSITS

All puppies are for sale until a deposit has been received.  All deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy does not pass the vet check.  A deposit of $200 is required to hold a puppy until old enough to be picked up or shipped.  Payment in full is expected one week prior to shipping or when pup is picked up.   Please read our agreement before sending money.  All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Polk County, Iowa.

SHIPPING

All puppies will be examined by a licensed vet prior to delivery.   Shipping expenses are non-refundable.  Shipping is $250, subject to change without notice.  The shipping price includes transportation to the airport, airfare, pet taxi, health certificate and insurance.  NOTE:  Pet taxi will also be useful in housebreaking your new puppy.  Please be aware that there may be shipping restrictions at certain times of the year due to temperature requirements at time of shipping of puppies.  We assume no liability for injury or death of puppy while in the possession of any part other than those person working for the breeder or acting as an authorized agent of the breeder.

GUARANTEE

The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet but does not guarantee adult size, color and temperament.  All vaccinations and wormings are current when the pup is delivered to the new owner (see VACCINATION SCHEDULE).  We will guarantee the puppy for three days after the purchase of the pup.  You may wish to take the puppy to a vet during this period.  If the vet finds the health of the pup is not satisfactory (excluding parasites and coccidia) and you provide a statement from the vet to this effect, we will refund the money upon return of the pup.  We will not be responsible for any vet bills.  After the three day period we will not refund your money for any reason, unless a vet determines there is a genetic problem with the pup.  We will then refund the purchase price upon return of the pup.

VACCINATIONS

All pups are current on their vaccinations and have been wormed several times before going to the new owner.  Below is the vaccination and worming schedule that we follow:

3 weeks - wormed

5 weeks - wormed and receives a Parvo vaccination.

6 weeks - wormed and receives a distemper-measles vaccination.

7 weeks - wormed and receives a Parvo vaccination.

10 weeks - wormed and receives a combination vaccination
